Body-Solid PowerCenter Combo Bench

The PowerCenter is one of the most versatile combination benches on the market. You can work your entire body because this bench is a flat bench, incline bench, decline bench, shoulder press, squat rack, leg extension machine, leg curl machine, and leg press machine! Telescoping uprights can be adjusted to six different positions for bench exercises. Turn around and it’s a squat rack. The solidity of this bench can be seen in the heavy 12 gauge, high-tensile steel mainframe , which is welded on all four sides. The seat is very thick and comfortable and adjustable by a pin. Large foam rollers allow you to do your heavy leg exercises in comfort.
