A - It takes 8-14 days from the day you order. Your order ships directly from manufacturers in many different states, depending on their location and your location. After your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

A - No, at this time we do not have express delivery.

A - Free delivery does not include delivery inside or up or down stairs. The carrier is only obligated to deliver curbside, but will usually deliver to your front door if it is accessible. Inside delivery is available for an extra charge, depending on the brand.

A - You can return most items within 30 days for a 10% restocking fee. You may be subject to additional charges if your item is not returned in good condition. The manufacturer may also may charge you for shipping costs if you cancel your order after your order has shipped, but before you receive it. For Endurance and Best Fitness equipment, the restock ing fee is 20% plus shipping.

A - Most of the treadmill arrives already assembled. You will need to put on the handles, plug-in the console, and do some other minor things. We offer in-home set-up for most treadmills, ellipticals, and bikes for $259.00. With In-Home set-up, the unit is brought in the room of your choice (up to 2 floors), set-up, and tested. The boxes are removed. You can also have your equipment simply brought to the room of your choice for $129.00

A - Yes, but only a limited selection is available in Canada and shipping charges and taxes apply. See our Canada Only page.

A - No, all items are shipped new from the manufacturer in the orginal box.

A - Almost all of our treadmills fold-up and most can be wheeled away.

A - Yes, we do a lot to keep our website safe for out customers. We are McAfee HackerSafe and use a shopping cart that is secure. Your email address will never be shared with anyone.

A - Yes, see the drop-down box in the shopping cart for the options. You can add length to your warranty any time during the period of your standard manufacturer warranty in every state. Extended warranties cannot be sold to residents of Vermont or Florida.

A - Your order will be processed the following Monday.

A - You should go by the specifications provided by the manufacturer.

A - CHP is continuous horse power and HP is the maximum horse power. For most of the products that say only "HP," it is actually CHP. That is considered less confusing!

A - No, at this time we do not offer financing

A - We are only required to collect sales tax from residents of Washington state, so residents of other states do not pay sales tax.

A - Because we ship directly from the manufacturer, "Out of Stock" means that the manufacturer is not shipping that item to anyone. We do not know why. It may come back into stock, but we don't know when. Usually it is better not to wait for an Out of Stock model.
