A - It takes 8-14 days from the day you order. Your order ships directly from the manufacturer in Utah or California. After it ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.Q - Can I get it any faster?

A - Most of the treadmill arrives already assembled. You will need to put on the handles, plug-in the console, and do some other minor things. We offer in-home set-up for most treadmills for $159.00, $199.00 for ellipticals, and exercise bikes for $99.99. With In-Home set-up, the unit is brought in the room of your choice, set-up, and tested. The boxes are removed.Q - Do you deliver to Canada?

A - You should go by the specifications provided by the manufacturer.Q - What is CHP and what is HP?
A - CHP is continuous horse power and HP is the maximum horse power. For most of the products that say only "HP," it is actually CHP. That is is considered less confusing.Q - Do you offer financing?
A - No, at this time we do not offer financing Q - Is there really no Sales Tax?
A - We are only required to collect sales tax from residents of Washington state.
Q - The item I want says "Out of Stock." How can I get this item?
A - Because we ship directly from the manufacturer, "Out of Stock" means that the manufacgturer is not shipping it out to anyone. We do not know why. It may come back into stock, but we don't know when. Usually it is better not to wait for it.
