Ironman M2 Treadmill
The Ironman M2 treadmill is an under $800 treadmill that has more features and specs than you would normally see in this price range. However, it is really considered an entry-level model. Even at this low price, you may be able to do better.

The motor of the Ironman M2 is large at 2.9 hp. The maximum speed is 10 mph and the maximum incline is 12 percent. However, the tread belt is only 18" x 51", which is smaller than most treadmills of any price. For avid runners this belt will not provide a comfortable run at all. The treadmill with a big motor and small belt will likely last longer than a treadmill with a large belt and small motor.

The warranty is better than most treadmills in this price range. It includes lifetime on the frame, 10 years on the motor, two years on parts, and one year on labor. However, the availability and quality of Chinese parts is a question.

Note: Ironman appears to have replaced its longstanding M series and its more recent T series of treadmills with a simplified line. This new line consists of the model 1911 and 1921. It appears that the Ironman Triad continues to be distributed exclusively through Costco.
