See the same equipment somewhere else on the Internet for a lower price? We'd love to hear about it! Send us the link and give us any coupon codes and we will try to match or beat the price. Remember that many sites collect sales tax or charge for shipping. Prices are good only while supplies last. Availability can change quickly.
Return Policy
We give a 30-day trial period on most products. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please email us at customercare@treadmill-world.com to set up a return. Upon receiving a return authorization number, put your machine back in the box and we will send someone to pick it up. We will refund the purchase price of the machine minus a 10% restocking fee and shipping charges.
To ensure a full refund, all products must be returned in good condition and with all paperwork, parts, and accessories included. You may be charged more than a ten percent restocking fee if your product doesn't come back in good condition. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase upon receipt of the returned product.
Product Warranty
Warranties are supplied by the manufacturers and vary per product. Warranties are for home use only, unless otherwise specified. Typical warranties for parts and labor are at least 90 days. Check the warranty for your individual product. Typically, motor warranties on treadmills range from 3 years to 20 years, with 10 - 12 years being the average. Customers may also purchase extended warranties at the time of check out in the shopping cart. An extended warranty may be added to your product anytime during the standard warranty. Order Process and Shipping Information
When your place an order through our secure shopping cart, it goes to our customer service department at Treadmill-World. Your order also goes directly to the manufacturer for immediate processing. Most orders ship from Utah, Georgia, Wisconsin, or California. Canada orders ship from Quebec.
Your order is processed within 24 hours after it is placed. A few days later, your order is allocated to ship. If your order is placed on a Friday night or on the weekend, it will be processed on the following Monday. We will then forward tracking information to you via email at the email address provided in your your order. Your tracking information will include your carrier's name, tracking numbers, and the carrier's website so that you can track your shipment online. The carrier will then contact you to set a delivery appointment. For most orders, someone will need to be available to sign for delivery Monday through Friday. For smaller items, UPS will deliver on most days. You can expect delivery from 8 - 14 days from the day you order.
