I bought the treadmill a few weeks ago b/c it is a Consumer Reports Best Buy. I could not be happier. It took about 1.5 hours to assemble, using a screwdriver and hex key. It is solid equipment and very quiet. It is big, but folds and rolls once built. I like the audio input, as well. This machine is the gym membership I never had! I try to do 4 or 5 days a week in 1 hour sessions going about 3 miles and at a speed between 2.5 a 3.0 miles an hour. I am 61 and want to loose weight and some belly fat.
