I have been working with my treadmill a little over a month now. I try to do 4 or 5 days a week in 1 hour sessions going about 3 miles and at a speed between 2.5 a 3.0 miles an hour. I am 61 and want to loose weight and some belly fat. Currently I am losing 1/2 pound per week with some diet changes made, I have lost 2 pounds in 1 month.
