Steppers are similar to stairs, except the stairs on stepper move, either in a circle, like a belt, or up and down. You can find many of these in fitness clubs and homes across the U.S. Steppers come in a variety of sizes, shapes, motorized or manual, and come with other great features. Computer consoles and electronic displays help you keep track of your pace, time, and distance. Steppers are often used for toning your legs, thighs, and butt and give you a great cardio workout.
