Q - How long will it take to receive my shipment?
A - It takes 8-14 days from the day you order. Your order ships directly from manufacturers in many different states, depending on their location and your location. After your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. For most items, the carrier will call you for a delivery appointment Monday through Friday.
Q - Can I get it any faster?
A - No, we do not offer express delivery.
Q - Can you bring my equipment inside?
A - Free delivery does not include delivery inside or up or down stairs. The carrier is only obligated to deliver to the "first cover," but will usually deliver to your front door if it is accessible. Inside delivery is available for an extra charge, depending on the brand.
Q - I don't see a price or Place Order button on the model I want. How can I buy it?
A - If there is no price or Place Order button for a model, it is probably because that model has been discontinued and is no longer available.
Q - What if my item is damaged upon arrival?
A - Refuse your shipment. Then email us at email@example.com and we will have a new product sent out for you.
Q - What if I do not like my item?
A - You can return most items within 30 days for a 10% restocking fee. You may be subject to additional charges if your item is not returned in good condition. The manufacturer may also may charge you for shipping costs if you cancel your order after your order has shipped, but before you receive it. For Endurance, Best Fitness equipment, the restocking fee is 20% plus shipping. For Star Trac products, it is 25%. See our return policy.
Q - How hard is it to assemble a treadmill or elliptical?
A - Most of the equiptment arrives already assembled. For treadmills you will need to put on the handles, plug-in the console, and do some other minor things. We offer in-home set-up for most treadmills, ellipticals, and bikes for $269.00 for most models. With In-Home set-up, the unit is brought in the room of your choice (up to 2 floors), set-up, and tested. The boxes are removed. You can also have your equipment simply brought to the room of your choice. See the options for the individual models on the pages for those models to the right of the photos.
Q - Do you deliver to Canada and other countries?
A - We only ship to the U.S. and Canada. The selection in Canada is limited and additional shipping costs apply. See our Canada Only page.
Q - Do you sell any used or rebuilt products?
A - No, all items are shipped new from the manufacturer in the orginal box.
Q - Are you an authorized dealer?
A - Yes, we are an authorized dealer for ICON Health & Fitness, BH North America, Body-Solid, Inc. , Nautilus, Inc,, StarTrac USA, Core Health & Fitness, and StairMaster. This means that you can count on us for the latest models, prices, and news.
Q - How safe is ordering from your site?
A - Very safe. We do not even see your credit card information and do not store it. Click on the McAfee Secure logo in the lower right corner of this page to see our up-to-the-minute status. When you order from Treadmill World, McAfee actually guarantees you against identify theft from shopping on Treadmill World for expenses up to $100,000. McAfee is so sure of us that they provide this protection for automatically and at no cost to you.
Q - Can I buy an extended warranty?
A - Yes, see the drop-down box in the shopping cart for the options. You can add length to your warranty any time during the period of your standard manufacturer warranty in every state. Extended warranties cover the same things as the standard warranities and start when the standard warranties end. Extended warranties cannot be sold to residents of Vermont, Florida, or Canada.
Q - I weigh 340 lbs. Can I buy a treadmill with a weight capacity of 300 lbs?

Q - What are CHP and HP?
A - CHP is continuous horse power and HP is the maximum horse power. For most of the products that say only "HP," it is actually CHP. That is is considered less confusing!
Q - Do you offer financing?
A - Yes, at checkout you can choose PayPal's "6 months to pay" program for orders over $99.00.
Q - Is there really no Sales Tax?
A - We are only required to collect sales tax from residents of Washington state, so residents of other states do not pay sales tax. Exceptions include Bladez and BH Fiitness products for delivery to California.
Q - If I order from you, will you take away my old treadmill?
A - We can't. The best thing to do may be to find someone locally to do this.
