Order Process and Shipping Information

When you place an order through our secure shopping cart, your card is charged and your order is processed within 24 hours. A few days later, we will email you tracking information that includes the carrier's website and tracking number. For most items, the carrier will then contact you to set a delivery appointment and someone will need to sign for delivery Monday through Friday. For smaller items, UPS will deliver on most days. You can expect delivery from 8 - 14 days from the day you order. Orders ship from Utah, Georgia, Illinois, or California. We cannot guarantee delivery by a certain day. Most deliveries will be to the front door, assuming your address is accessible by truck. Inside delivery or delivery up or down stairs is available for an extra cost.

Return Policy
 

We give a 30-day trial period on most products shipped to the United States. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please email us at customercare@treadmill-world.com to set up a return. For most products, upon receiving a return authorization number, put your machine back in the box and we will send someone to pick it up. We will refund the purchase price of the machine, minus a 10% or more restocking fee (depending on the manufacturer's policy) and shipping charges when the equipment has been returned. Canadian deliveries are not returnable, but will be repaired under the manufacturer's warranty, if applicable.

 

To ensure a full refund, products must be returned in good condition and with paperwork, parts, and accessories included. You may be charged more than the restocking fee if your product doesn't come back in good condition. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase upon receipt of the returned product.

 

We sell heavy and bulky equipment that is expensive for us to ship. Orders canceled after shipment are subject to your payment of the outbound and inbound shipping charges that we must pay to the carrier. Carriers may also may impose storage fees if they cannot make a delivery appointment after several days of trying.
